1          Welcome

Chairman Scott Milne opened the meeting and welcomed those present.

	Resolution number OR/2020/36 MOVED by Chairman S Milne, seconded by Member C Davis: That the Ōrākei Local Board agree to adjourn the meeting until 5.10pm. CARRIED

The meeting adjourned at 5.03pm and reconvened at 5.10pm.

That the Ōrākei Local Board accept the apology from Member T Churton for absence.

3          Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

4	Adoption of the Ōrākei Local Board Agreement 2020/2021
	Suzanne Weld, Senior Local Board Advisor, Nick Palmisano, Local Board Advisor and Audrey Gan, Lead Financial Advisor were in attendance to speak to this report. The updated Ōrākei Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 was tabled in support of this item.  A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number OR/2020/38 MOVED by Chairman S Milne, seconded by Deputy Chairman S Powrie: That the Ōrākei Local Board: a)      adopt its Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 as tabled at the meeting. b)      adopt a local fees and charges schedule for 2020/2021 (Attachment B to the agenda report). c)      delegate authority to the Chairman to make any final minor changes to the Local Board Agreement 2020/2021. d)      note: i)       that Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 local activity budgets have been updated to reflect final budget decisions made by the Governing Body on 16 July 2020. ii)      that the resolutions of this meeting will be reported back to the Governing Body when it meets to adopt the Annual Budget 2020/2021 on 30 July 2020. CARRIED
