tabled. A copy of this document is publicly available on the Auckland
Council website as an attachment to the minutes.

That
the Papakura Local Board:
a) receive consultation
feedback on regional proposals in the Emergency Budget 2020/2021 from people
or organisations based in the Papakura local board area
b)
adopt the Papakura
Local Board feedback on the Emergency Budget 2020/2021 as per the attachment
to the minutes
c)
delegate authority to the
Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Papakura Local Board, the ability
to make minor changes to the board’s feedback prior to submitting it to
the Governing Body.
