The Elected Member Relationship Manager, Auckland Transport, was in attendance to support the item. |

Resolution number UH/2020/71 MOVED by Chairperson M Miles, seconded by Member U Casuri Balouch: That the Upper Harbour Local Board: a) receive the monthly update report from Auckland Transport for July 2020. b) note that, in light of council’s Emergency Budget, there will be a substantial reduction in funds available for the Local Board Transport Capital Fund and an additional workshop will be scheduled in August 2020 to reconsider the board’s list of projects. c) request that Auckland Transport investigate providing public transport options to residents in Kyle Road East, such as an addition to the 883 bus route. d) request that Auckland Transport provide an urgent update on the following matters: i) actions taken or planned to address the pedestrian and cycle safety issues on Scott Road (resolution number UH/2020/20) ii) the Dairy Flat Highway / Gills Road link project. |

Adoption of the Upper Harbour Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 |

The Senior Local Board Advisor was in attendance to support the item. Two documents were provided. Copies have been placed on the official minutes and are available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment. |

Resolution number UH/2020/72 MOVED by Chairperson M Miles, seconded by Member A Atkinson: That the Upper Harbour Local Board: a) adopt the Upper Harbour Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 as outlined in Attachment A of the minutes record. b) adopt the Upper Harbour Local Board local fees and charges schedule for 2020/2021 as outlined in Attachment B of the minutes record. c) delegate authority to the Chairperson to make any final minor changes to the Local Board Agreement 2020/2021. d) note that the resolutions of this meeting will be reported back to the Governing Body when it meets to adopt the Annual Budget 2020/2021 on 30 July 2020. e) thank the Senior Local Board Advisor and staff for the significant amount of work undertaken on the Local Board Agreement 2020/2021. |

Resolution number UH/2020/73 MOVED by Chairperson M Miles, seconded by Member N Mayne: That the Upper Harbour Local Board: a) agree that Item 14 Panuku Development Auckland – Upper Harbour Local Board six-month report: 1 September 2019 to 29 February 2020 be deferred until the next meeting of the Upper Harbour Local Board scheduled to be held on 20 August 2020 at 9.30am. b) request that Panuku Development Auckland support the meeting outlined in a) above (either in person or via electronic attendance) and provide details on previously acquired properties at: i) 4 Spedding Road ii) 92 and 94 Trig Road iii) 17 Clarks Lane iv) 131A Clark Road. |
