The Chair opened the meeting with a karakia and welcomed everyone present.
Member N Henry declared an interest in item 8.2 Dr Grant Hewison with regards to alcohol licensing as Member Henry is on the board of the Mt Wellington Licensing Trust.

Richelle was a staff member of Auckland Council, and was very active in the environmental arena. Thoughts and prayers are with Richelle’s whanau at this time. |
