a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 10 August 2020, as a true and correct record.

	Resolution number NGA/2020/41 MOVED by Member R Blair, seconded by Cr L Cooper: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      note the operational updates as detailed in this report.  b)      confirm a revised opening date for the Pourewa Nursery. CARRIED

7	Project Reports
	Resolution number NGA/2020/42 MOVED by Member S Milne, seconded by Member R Blair: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      note the project update reports: i)             Combined Reserve Management Plan ii)           Urupa iii)          Whenua Rangatira Wifi iv)          Pourewa Activations CARRIED

8	Financial Update as at 30 September 2020
	Note:   an additional clause b) was added with the agreement of the meeting.
	Resolution number NGA/2020/43 MOVED by Cr L Cooper, seconded by Member W Maihi: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      receive the financial report for quarter one ended 30 September 2020. b)      approve funding for the following projects: i) mara kai – up to $500,000 ii) mahi toi – up to $250,000 iii) improved access and signage – up to $250,000 iv) fibre activation – up to $30,000 CARRIED
