That the Franklin Local Board:

a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Tuesday, 27 October 2020 as true and correct.

11	Adoption of the Franklin Local Board Plan 2020
	Georgina Gilmour was in attendance to speak to this item.
	Resolution number FR/2020/111 MOVED by Chairperson A Baker, seconded by Deputy Chairperson A Fulljames: That the Franklin Local Board: a) adopt the Franklin Local Board Plan 2020 as set out in Attachment A of the agenda report with the following amendment: i) change all references to ‘ATEED’ to ‘Auckland Unlimited’ to reflect the recent amalgamation of Regional Facilities Auckland and Auckland Tourism Events and Economic Development (ATEED) into a replacement Council Controlled Organisation named ‘Auckland Unlimited’.  ii) add Drury to the list of villages within the description of the Franklin Local Board area on page 6 and include the following as an explanatory footnote “Drury village as defined within this plan is within the Papakura Local Board area, however much of the community that identifies as Drury is represented by the Franklin Local Board.” b)      delegate authority to the Chair of the Franklin Local Board to approve any minor edits that may be necessary to the Franklin Local Board Plan 2020 prior to publication. CARRIED
