Note: changes
to the original recommendation with inclusion of new sub clause c) were made
with the agreement of the meeting.

Resolution
number GBI/2020/111
MOVED by Chairperson I Fordham, seconded by Deputy
Chairperson L Coles:
That
the Aotea / Great Barrier Local
Board:
a) adopt the Aotea / Great Barrier Local Board Plan 2020 as set out in Attachment A of the
agenda report.
b) delegate
authority to the Chairperson of the Aotea / Great Barrier Local Board to
approve any minor edits
that may be necessary to the Aotea /
Great Barrier Local Board Plan 2020 prior to publication.
c) thank
the community of Aotea / Great Barrier Island for their input into the plan as
well as the local board members and local board services staff for all their
hard work and contributions.
