the Heritage Advisory Panel:
a) support
the Council responding to the National
Policy Statement on Urban Development in a way that minimizes any future
adverse impacts regarding potential
impacts on historic heritage and special character and other amenity based
controls
b) agree
that the panel sees this as a key focus for the coming term.
