Resolution number HER/2020/7 MOVED by Member NS Short, seconded by Member S Hughes: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) accept the apology from Member M McRae and Member D Veart for absence and Member E Aitken-Rose for lateness. |
Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.
There were no declarations of interest.

Resolution number HER/2020/12 MOVED by Member SB Bielby, seconded by Member S Hughes: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) agree that meeting dates for 2021 be: i) February 2021 on a date to be confirmed ii) Monday 14 June at 5.30pm iii) Monday 11 October at 5.30pm b) agree that an additional meeting/workshop to be confirmed. |

Resolution number HER/2020/14 MOVED by Member J Burns, seconded by Member SB Bielby: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) support the Council responding to the National Policy Statement on Urban Development in a way that minimizes any future adverse impacts regarding potential impacts on historic heritage and special character and other amenity based controls b) agree that the panel sees this as a key focus for the coming term. |
