The Chair opened the meeting with a karakia and welcomed everyone present.

Adoption of the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board Plan 2020

Resolution number MT/2020/158 MOVED by Chairperson C Makoare, seconded by Deputy Chairperson D Burrows: That the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board: a)      adopt the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board Plan 2020 as set out in Attachment A of the agenda report; b)      delegate authority to the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board to approve any minor edits that may be necessary to the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board Plan 2020 prior to publication. CARRIED
