Resolution number RUR/2020/24 MOVED by Deputy Mayor BC Cashmore, seconded by Member A Cole: That the Rural Advisory Panel: a) accept the apology from Member W Foster and Member G McCracken for lateness; and Member Peter Spencer and Ken Turner for absence. |
Note: An apology was subequently received from Member A McKenzie for lateness. |
Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.
