Board feedback on the Mayoral proposal and potential regional topics for the

That
the Aotea / Great Barrier Local
Board:
a)
ratify the local board’s
feedback on the Mayoral proposal and
potential regional topics for the 10-year Budget 2021-2031 consultation submitted on 4 December 2020 (Attachment A of the report).
b)
thank Jacqui Fyers,
senior local board advisor for collating and organising the submission of the
board’s feedback on the Mayoral
proposal and potential regional topics for the 10-year Budget 2021-2031
consultation.

note the board’s concern on the
slow progress of project ID 2330 – Aotea / Great Barrier emergency
water supply where its RAG status should read as RED not GREEN and request
department staff from Infrastructure & Environmental Services to
investigate alternative sites as discussed at the board’s workshop on
18 August 2020.

board’s business meeting scheduled on Tuesday 26 January 2021 and hold
its next ordinary business meeting on Tuesday 23 February 2021 as resolved at
its business meeting held on Tuesday 03 December 2019 (resolution number GBI/2019/130).

There was no
consideration of extraordinary items.
Note: Chairperson I Fordham ended the meeting
acknowledging the highlights from the year and thanked and wished
members and staff all the best for the coming festive season and new year.
