a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting held on Thursday 3 December 2020 as a true and correct record.

	Howell Davies and Michelle Sanderson were in attendance to speak to their report
	Resolution number HB/2020/169 MOVED by Member J Fitzgerald, seconded by Member J Parfitt: That the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board: a)      adopt the Hibiscus and Bays Urban Ngahere Action Plan b)      request that Parks, Sport and Recreation staff review the Hibiscus and Bays Urban Ngahere Action Plan every three years and provide a report updating the local board on progress of delivery of the action plan c)      request an annual progress report be provided to the local board. CARRIED
