Chair K Thomas opened the meeting, welcomed those present and led a karakia.

            There were no aplogies.

a)         confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, and the minutes of its extraordinary meeting, held on Wednesday, 2 December 2020, as true and correct.

9.1

Tony Mitchell, Peter Over and Karen James – Connaught St, Blockhouse Bay – speed vibration test

 

Speaking on behalf of the Connaught Street residents, Tony Mitchell, Peter Over and Karen James addressed the local board to express concerns about speed tables and vibrations on the street caused by Auckland Transport buses, which became a mental health and safety issue for the residents.

a)         receive the presentation on Connaught Street speed tables and vibrations on the street, and thank Tony Mitchell, Peter Over and Karen James for their attendance.
