Chairperson I Fordham opened the meeting and welcomed attendees.
The chair also welcomed and introduced Anna Davis, the newly appointed on-island resident to the role of PA/Office Manager, Aotea / Great Barrier Local Board.

Hilde Hoven presented a petition on behalf of a group of residents requesting the sealing of Puriri Bay and Schooner Bay Roads. Petition Prayer “Undersigned residents of Schooner and Puriri Bay ask their road be tar sealed, to provide a year-round ‘good quality local road’ which: is free from corrugations, ruts, potholes and dust nuisance; safe for all road users, including cars, bikes and pedestrians and better for water quality (reduced silt) and respiratory health” A copy of the petition tabled at the meeting has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment. |
