that the co-chairs were elected by closed ballot, as agreed at a previous
panel workshop.

Member Chris Balzat and Member Murali Magesan as the
co-chairs of the Youth Advisory Panel.

presentation was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and
is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.

The Youth Advisory Panel:
a) noted
the presentation on the 10-year Budget.
b) confirmed
they would like to present to the Finance and Performance Committee workshop
on 21 April 2021 on their feedback.
c)
thanked Ross Tucker, General Manager Financial
Strategy and Planning, for his presentation.
Note: the
Panel agreed they would organise a submission on the 10-year Budget.
