5	Election of Ethnic Peoples Advisory Panel co-chairs for the 2019 - 2022 term
	The Ethnic Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      noted that the co-chairs will be elected by open ballot, as agreed at a previous panel workshop. b)      agreed the co-chairs will be elected using voting system A (as described in Schedule 7, Clause 25 of the Local Government Act 2002) c)      elected Kathy Yan and Mohamud Mohamed as the co-chairs.

6	Panel members' and Liaison Councillors updates
	The Ethnic Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      noted the liaison councillors updates.

7	Verbal Update from Cross-Panel Working Groups
	No verbal updates were received.

Meeting adjourned at 5.26pm and reconvened at 5.35pm.

8	10-year Budget 2021-2031 - Process overview
	A presentation was given in support of the item. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and are available on the Auckland Council website as minutes attachment.
	The Ethnic Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      noted the presentation on the 10-year Budget. b)      confirmed they would like to present to the Finance and Performance Committee workshop on 21 April 2021 on their feedback. c)      confirmed they would identify a way of developing a collective panel response to the consultation.
