That the Kaipātiki Local Board:

a)         accept the apology from Councillor Chris Darby and Councillor Richard Hills.

a)         agree that Item 11: Auckland Council’s 10-year Budget 2021-2031 be accorded precedence at this time.

Resolution number KAI/2021/16

MOVED by Member A Shaw, seconded by Member A Tyler:  

That the Kaipātiki Local Board:

a)         hear submissions on Auckland Council’s 10-year Budget 2021-2031.

b)        note and approve to have a deputation by John Brew of Little Shoal Bay Renewal Working Group and Ruth Newcombe from Wairau Estuary Environment Protection Society at this Community Forum hearing.

a)       receive the hearing item from Kaipātiki Project.

b)      thank Janet Cole and Kaipātiki Project for their presentation.

Birkenhead Town Centre Association

 

Kae Condon, Manager of Birkenhead Town Centre Association, was in attendance to address the board in support of this item.

 

A document titled ‘Submission to Kaipatiki Local Board 10-year Budget 2021-2031’ was tabled. A copy of the tabled document has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.

a)       receive the hearing item from Birkenhead Town Centre Association.

c)       thank Kae Condon and Birkenhead Town Centre Association for their presentation.
