a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Thursday, 3 December 2020, as true and correct.

8.1	Kaipātiki Project update
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/2 MOVED by Chairperson M Miles, seconded by Member A Atkinson: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Janet Cole and Sandra Atkins from the Kaipātiki Project and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED

8.2	Hobsonville Community Trust update
	The deputation for Hobsonville Community Trust was withdrawn prior to the community forum meeting.

8.3	Whenuapai community development project
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/3 MOVED by Member N Mayne, seconded by Member U Casuri Balouch: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Mark Allen and Vinetta Pearce from Community Waitākere and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED

8.5	#NOWBIZ - North West Auckland Business Network launch
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/4 MOVED by Chairperson M Miles, seconded by Member U Casuri Balouch: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Amar Trivedi and John Loau, representing #NowBiz – the North West Auckland Business Network, and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED

8.4	Hobsonville Point Residents Society update
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/5 MOVED by Member A Atkinson, seconded by Deputy Chairperson L Whyte: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from David Allen from the Hobsonville Point Residents Society Incorporated and thank him for his attendance and presentation. CARRIED
