The Co-Chairs welcomed all and invited Pastor Eroni Rabo Dau to open the meeting with a karakia. Co-Chair Manu Sione acknowledged the attendance of elected members from the Governing Body and Local Boards and invited panel members to introduce themselves to members of the public.
