Chairperson Corrick commenced the meeting and welcomed everyone in attendance.

3	Declaration by Albert-Eden Local Board Member-elect Will McKenzie
	Member W McKenzie made his oral declaration and signed written declaration.  A copy of the written declaration will be placed on the official minutes and be made available on the Auckland Council website as part of the Minutes Attachment.
	Resolution number AE/2021/74 MOVED by Member K Smith, seconded by Deputy Chairperson M Watson: That the Albert-Eden Local Board: a)      receive the declaration made by Member W McKenzie pursuant to Schedule 7, clause 14, of the Local Government Act 2002. CARRIED
