Chairperson John Gillon opened the meeting followed by Member Adrian Tyler leading the meeting with a karakia.
There were no declarations of interest.

Chelsea stormwater ponds short-term water quality improvement plan |

Resolution number KAI/2021/41 MOVED by Chairperson J Gillon, seconded by Member P Gillon: That the Kaipātiki Local Board: a) consider an item for extraordinary busines, put forward by the Chairperson regarding Chelsea stormwater ponds short-term water quality improvement plan at Item 15 on the agenda, for the following reasons: i) the board were only distributed the memo on Chelsea stormwater ponds short-term water quality improvement plan on Tuesday 22 June, and feedback is required by Friday 25 June in order for the work to take place over winter. |
