for extraordinary busines, put forward by the Chairperson regarding Chelsea
stormwater ponds short-term water quality improvement plan at Item 15 on the
agenda, for the following reasons:
i)
the board were only
distributed the memo on Chelsea stormwater ponds short-term water quality
improvement plan on Tuesday 22 June, and feedback is required by Friday 25
June in order for the work to take place over winter.
