the draft Combined Reserve Management Plan approval at the next scheduled

management for the approval of the public notification and key messages in
consultation with the Local Board chair and co-chairs of the reserve board,
in line with the Combined Management Plan Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
d) approve delegation to management to begin work
with the appointed Hearings Panel in preparation for the public notification
and submissions process.

MOVED by Cr L Cooper, seconded by Member A Hawke:
That
the Ngāti Whātua
Ōrākei Reserves Board:
a) receive the financial report as at 31 May 2021
b) approve to carry forward any underspend in Opex budget to
FY22
c) approve payment of $350k from 2021/22 budget for nursery
staff ($200k), administration support and technical officer ($100k) and
kaitiaki services ($50k).
