Chairperson K Thomas opened the meeting, welcomed those present and led the meeting in a karakia.

There were no declarations of interest.

Adoption of the Whau Local Board Agreement 2021/2022

Resolution number WH/2021/46 MOVED by Chairperson K Thomas, seconded by Member W Piper: That the Whau Local Board: a)      adopt the local content for the 10-year Budget, which includes the Whau Local Board Agreement 2021/2022 and the message from the Chair (Attachment A). b)      note that the Whau Local Board adopted its advocacy, also included in the local content for the 10-year Budget, on 5 May 2021 (resolution number WH/2021/1). c)      adopt a local fees and charges schedule for 2021/2022 (Attachment B). d)      delegate authority to the Chair to make any final changes to the local content for the 10-year Budget 2021-2031 (the Whau Local Board Agreement 2021/2022, message from the Chair, and local board advocacy). e)      note that the resolutions of this meeting will be reported back to the Governing Body when it meets to adopt the 10-year Budget 2021-2031, including each Local Board Agreement, on 29 June 2021. CARRIED
