a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, 3 June 2021, as true and correct.

8.2	Herald Island Environmental Group
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/16 MOVED by Member U Casuri Balouch, seconded by Deputy Chairperson M Miles: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Jan Diprose and thank her for her attendance and presentation. CARRIED

8.3	Upper Harbour Ecology Network
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/17 MOVED by Member N Mayne, seconded by Deputy Chairperson M Miles: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Carole Tilman, Manager of the Upper Harbour Ecology Network, and Annette Mitchell of Living Whenuapai, and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED

8.4	The Legends of the Environment
	Resolution number UHCF/2021/18 MOVED by Chairperson L Whyte, seconded by Member N Mayne: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Roberto Salazar and Nadia Filip and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED
