Public Forum - Hana Blackmore - Review of Waiheke Transport Plan

That the Waiheke Transport Forum:

a)         thank Hana for her attendance for the Public Forum with regard to her feedback on the review of the Waiheke Transport Plan, particularly public transport and climate change emergency and the need for the plan to better respond to this priority.

That the Waiheke Transport Forum:

a)      receive Transport Forum Deputy Chairperson Crawford’s report with respect to Matiatia wharf repairs and maintenance of new and old areas.

b)      request that the Waiheke Local Board seek further information with regards consultation and consideration of continuing to meet the needs of existing activities as part of the Matiatia Wharf north pier renewal as outlined in the member report.

Auckland Transport Report - July 2021

a)      receive the Auckland Transport July 2021 update.

b)      request a copy of the Causeway Community Safety Project design as noted in the report be circulated to Transport Forum members.

           iii.        Agreed to workshop on Wednesday 18 August at 5pm to capture collective feedback.

           iv.        Safe Speed Review Tranche 2A update – Mark Inglis
