MOVED by Member AH Hawke, seconded by Deputy D Simpson:

That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board:

a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 16 August 2021, including the confidential section, as a true and correct record.

6	Operations Report
	Note:   Changes were made to the original motion with the addition of clause c), with the             agreement of the meeting.
	Resolution number NGA/2021/24 MOVED by Member W Maihi, seconded by Cr L Cooper: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      note the operations update and reports ·   Toi Taiao Operations ·   Kaitiaki Service Operations b) approve the transition from the current Maintenance contractual arrangement to a 12-month grant arrangement to begin in the next financial year with the required monthly reporting to monitor this arrangement. c) note a pilot grant arrangement will begin in December 2021 to the end of this financial year and be monitored monthly for its success. CARRIED

Projects Report

Resolution number NGA/2021/25 MOVED by Deputy D Simpson, seconded by Cr L Cooper: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      note the project update reports ·   Combined Reserve Management Plan ·   Pourewa Activations ·   Urupā ·   Te Matatini Pōwhiri Activation b)      approve the amended Draft Combined Reserve Management Plan for Whenua Rangatira and Pourewa Creek, for public notification over a minimum two-month period. c)      approve the amended timeline to support and enable input by the general public into the development of the final Combined Reserve Management Plan for Whenua Rangatira and Pourewa Creek. d)      approve the public notice for publication and the submission form for public release when COVID-19 restrictions allow for public viewing of the document. CARRIED

8	Financial Update as at 31 August 2021
	Resolution number NGA/2021/26 MOVED by Member S Milne, seconded by Member W Maihi: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      receive the financial report as of 31 August 2021.  CARRIED

Member Wyllis Maihi closed the hui with a karakia.
