a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 11 October 2021 as a true and correct record.

7	Projects Report
	After discussion of the item, clauses b) and c) of the original recommendation were taken separately.
	Resolution number NGA/2021/9 MOVED by Member S Milne, seconded by Member AH Hawke: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: b) approve the Pourewa Pathways Project Plan and budget of $300,000. CARRIED
	Resolution number NGA/2021/10 MOVED by Member AH Hawke, seconded by Cr L Cooper: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: c) approve the Pourewa Māra Kai Project Plan and budget of $100,000. CARRIED
	Note:   clause a) was taken in conjunction with Item 6 – Operations Report.

10        Consideration of Extraordinary Items

There was no consideration of extraordinary items.

Note:   The Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board acknowledged and thanked Jamie Sinclair - Chief Executive, Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Trust, for his support of the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board and wished him well in his new role.
