Boyd (Local Area Manager, Aotea / Great Barrier and Waiheke Local Boards)
took over meeting proceedings at this point and outlined the voting process.

Member N Robins nominated Deputy
Chair G Crawford for the Chairperson role.
Member B Upchurch seconded the nomination.
No further nominations were made.
Members voted. The result of the vote
was 6 to 0 in favour of Deputy Chair G Crawford, who won the vote.

in the Deputy
Chairperson role.

meeting from this point.
