Deputy Chair Grant Crawford stepped aside and Glenn Boyd (Local Area Manager, Aotea / Great Barrier and Waiheke Local Boards) took over meeting proceedings at this point and outlined the voting process. |

Resolution number WAI/2021/40 MOVED by Member R Tucker, seconded by Deputy Chairperson G Crawford: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: a) acknowledge and thank former Waiheke Transport Forum Chair Bianca Ranson for her services to the Forum. |

Resolution number WAI/2021/41 MOVED by Member B Upchurch, seconded by Member N Robins: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: b) elect a Chairperson for the remainder of the 2019-2022 political term, utilsing System B of Schedule 7, Part 1, Clause 25 of the Local Government Act 2002. |

Nominations were called for the position of Waiheke Transport Forum Chairperson. Member N Robins nominated Deputy Chair G Crawford for the Chairperson role. Member B Upchurch seconded the nomination. No further nominations were made. Members voted. The result of the vote was 6 to 0 in favour of Deputy Chair G Crawford, who won the vote.

Resolution number WAI/2021/42 MOVED by Member D McKenzie, seconded by Member B Upchurch: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: c) elect Deputy Chair G Crawford as Chairperson of the Waiheke Transport Forum for the remainder of the 2019-2022 political term, utilising the system agreed in (b) above. |

It was noted that the election of Chairperson Grant Crawford to the role created a vacancy in the Deputy Chairperson role. Chairperson G Crawford took forward chairing of the meeting from this point.

Nominations were called for the position of Waiheke Transport Forum Deputy Chairperson. Chairperson G Crawford nominated Member N Robins for the Deputy Chairperson role. Member B Upchurch seconded the nomination. No further nominations were made. Members voted. The result of the vote was 6 to 0 in favour of Member N Robins, who won the vote. |
