Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.

3 Confirmation of Minutes
Resolution number RUR/2022/2 MOVED by Cr G Sayers, seconded by Member G Smith: That the Rural Advisory Panel: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Friday, 5 November 2021 as a true and correct record. |
Pursuant to Standing Order 2.4.6, the meeting agreed to receive verbal updates at Item 12 – Consideration of Extraordinary Items as follows:
· Proposed targeted rate – climate change
· Update regarding legal action involving forestry companies on Resource Management Act issues.
