Pursuant to Standing Order 2.4.6, the meeting agreed to receive verbal updates at Item 12 – Consideration of Extraordinary Items as follows:

 

·       Proposed targeted rate – climate change

·       Update regarding legal action involving forestry companies on Resource Management Act issues.

Auckland Transport - public consultation on proposed activities in the Road Corridor Bylaw 2022

 

Andrew McGill, Integrated Network Planning Head – Auckland Transport; and Florence MacDonald, Consultation Insights Advisor – Auckland Transport provided a PowerPoint presentation was given.  A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.

 

Cr G Sayers retired from the meeting at 1.25pm.
