a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Thursday, 2 December 2021 as a true and correct record.

8.1	Update on the Whenuapai Structure Plan and Greenways Plan
	A PowerPoint presentation was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is avaialable on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number UHCF/2022/2 MOVED by Member N Mayne, seconded by Member A Atkinson: That the Upper Harbour Local Board: a)      receive the deputation from Annette Mitchell and Charissa Snijders, on behalf of the Upper Waitemata Ecology Network, and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED
	Attachments a     3 February 2022, Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum- Item 8.1 Deputation on the Whenuapai Structure Plan and Greenways Plan presentation.

Note: that the Upper Harbour Local Board request that the Governing body review the Parks and Open Spaces Acquisition Policy, Open Space Provision Policy and Development Contributions Policy, with respect to Whenuapai being included in the Northwest area.

8.2	Development of Ice Facilities North of the Auckland Harbour bridge
	Resolution number UHCF/2022/3 MOVED by Member U Casuri Balouch, seconded by Deputy Chairperson M Miles: That the Upper Harbour Local Board: a)      receive the deputation from Geoff Balme and Lorne Depape, on behalf of the Auckland Curling Club, and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED
