Otara- Papatoetoe Local board consultation feedback and input into the Annual Budget 2022/2023 |

The feedback on the regional topics to the proposed Annual Budget 2022-2023 and the advocacy initiatives were tabled at the meeting.
A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minute attachment.

Resolution number OP/2022/60 MOVED by Chairperson R Autagavaia, seconded by Deputy Chairperson D Trenberth: That the Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board: a) receive consultation feedback on the proposed Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board priorities and activities for 2022/2023 as outlined in Attachment A b) receive consultation feedback on regional topics in the Annual Budget 2022/2023 from people and organisations based in the Ōtara-Papatoetoe local board area as outlined in Attachment A c) adopt the document tabled at the meeting and included in the minutes as Attachment B as the board’s advocacy initiatives for the Annual Budget and input on regional topics in the proposed Annual Budget 2022/2023 to the Governing Body d) request the Governing Body works closely with local boards in meeting the financial, social and economic challenges facing the council and Auckland.
