Local board consultation feedback and input into the Annual Budget 2022/2023 |

Resolution number WHK/2022/61 MOVED by Chairperson C Handley, seconded by Deputy Chairperson K Matthews: That the Waiheke Local Board: a) receive consultation feedback on the proposed Waiheke Local Board priorities and activities for 2022/2023. b) receive consultation feedback on regional topics in the Annual Budget 2022/2023 from people and organisations based in the Waiheke local board area. c) note the Waiheke Local Board received Governing Body approval in 2016 to allocate LDI funding to enable up to $1m debt funded towards development of a swimming pool, and this project is being progressed. d) provide input on regional topics in the proposed Annual Budget 2022/2023 to the Governing Body as outlined in Attachment A of the agenda report. e) provide its advocacy initiatives for the Annual Budget 2022/2023 to the Governing Body as outlined in Attachment B of the agenda report. f) delegate the Chair to make minor edits to Attachment A and B if required. g) note submissions received from Rakino residents regarding issues with the Rakino Community Hall and request Community Facilities recommend options for a collaborative community solution. |
