            Chairperson Andrew Gaukrodger welcomed everyone to the meeting, especially new members Tania Loveridge who was replacing Viv Beck and Dr Erik Lithander who was replacing Amy Malcolm.  Tam White, Senior Governance and Relationship Advisor lead the meeting with a karakia.

a)         confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 30 May 2022, as a true and correct record.

Note:   The chairperson accorded precedence to Item 6 – Eke Panuku update on the lead agency for the city centre.

 

Ms Anahera Rawiri joined the meeting at 3.15pm.
