Tau Hikaiti Paora from Ngati Paoa, Tane Bradley and his father opened the meeting with a mihi. Member Martin Mariassouce responded on behalf of the Forum.
Co-chairperson Cr Pippa Coom welcomed everyone to the meeting.
The co-chairpersons took turns to chair agenda items. Cr P Coom chaired items 1 to 5 and 9 to 10 and Ms N MacDonald chaired items 6 to 8 and 11 to 14.
