and gave an overview of the voting systems.
The Local Area Manager then requested a mover and seconder
for the vote on the fixed term period and the adoption of Voting System B.

The chairperson for period one from Wednesday, 26 October
2022 to Sunday, 28 April 2024, Member G Brown, made his declaration pursuant
to Schedule 7, Clause 14 of the Local Government Act 2002 and assumed the chair.

The chairperson for period two from Monday, 29 April
2024 to the end of the 2022-2025 political term, Member A Poppelbaum, made

The chairperson explained to the meeting that the local
board intended to split the 2022-2025 triennium for the deputy
chairperson’s role and utilise Voting System B.
The chairperson requested a mover and seconder for the
vote on the fixed term periods and the adoption of Voting System B.
