The Local Area
Manager Carol McKenzie-Rex chaired the meeting for items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
From Item 7 onwards the newly elected Chair chaired the meeting.

Director Group Services from the Executive Lead Team, witnessed the
members’ declarations.

seconder.

elect its chairperson.

meeting.
