the local board views and comments on private plan change 85 by KBS Capital
Limited for 48 Esmonde Road, Takapuna, as appended to the minute’s
attachments of this meeting.
b) appoint
Chairperson Toni van Tonder, and Member Melissa Powell as an alternate to
speak to the local board views at a hearing on private plan change 85.
c) delegate
authority to the chairperson of the Devonport -Takapuna Local Board to make a
replacement appointment in the event the local board member appointed in
resolution b) is unable to attend the private plan change hearing.

Toni van Tonder, and Member George Wood as an alternate to speak to the local board views at a
hearing in 2023
c) delegate authority to the chairperson of the
local board to make a replacement appointment in the event the local board
member appointed in resolution c) is unable to attend the hearing.

the performance report for quarter one ending September 2022.

request that the Community Lease
Specialist prioritise the Expression of Interest applications for both 2 Mary
Pointon Crescent and the available office at Fort Takapuna Barracks and
provide an update to the local board in early 2023 at a workshop, followed by
a decision report at the first practicable business meeting, acknowledging
that this prioritisation may impact delivery of other items on the 2022/2023
Community Leases work programme.

a) amend the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board business resolution DT/2022/158 (Item

business meeting date from of Tuesday 7 February 2023, 10.00am, pursuant to
Standing Order 1.10.4.
b) note
that the change is required to enable the board to approve local consultation
material which forms part of the Annual Budget 2022/2023 consultation.

local board on the long-term vision for the community forum space. Scope and
location to be workshopped with the board prior to an agenda report
confirming the schedule for the term in February 2023
