Appointment of Recovery Manager - Recovery from January 2023 Weather Event

Resolution number CDEMC/2023/2 MOVED by Chairperson S Stewart, seconded by Deputy Chairperson K Leoni: That the Civil Defence and Emergency Management Committee: a)      endorse an existing nominated recovery manager to the role of Recovery Manager for the recovery from the January 2023 Weather Event and a potential adverse weather event (if it impacts the Auckland region) over the next seven days under section 29 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002 for an interim period until a longer-term appointment is made to this important role. CARRIED
