Purpose of the report
1. To approve the selection criteria and process, including the establishment of a panel, for the appointment of the Recovery Manager under section 29 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002 for the recovery from the January floods and Cyclone Gabrielle.
2. To receive an update on the interim arrangements to be put in place until a Recovery Manager is appointed.
