Resolution number DTCF/2023/4 MOVED by Chairperson T van Tonder, seconded by Member P Allen: That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board Community Forum: b) receive the presentation from Chris Davis and thank them for their attendance. c) request advice from the regulatory enforcement team of how the current dog rules at Local Board area beaches are being enforced and how awareness of the rules could be enhanced.

Resolution number DTCF/2023/5 MOVED by Chairperson T van Tonder, seconded by Member P Allen: That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board: a) approve the meeting schedule for Community Forums for the 2022-2025 electoral term:
b) approve the meeting schedule for Community Conversations for the 2023 calendar year. i) Tuesday 23 May 2023: Devonport Community House. ii) Tuesday 21 November 2023: Takapuna Methodist Church. c) agree to hold two Community Conversations a year. d) note that the 2024 and 2025 conversations will be confirmed closer to the time based on the availability of community partners.

Changes to the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board 2022-2025 Customer and Community Services work programme |

Resolution number DTCF/2023/6 MOVED by Chairperson T van Tonder, seconded by Member M Powell: That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board Community Forum: a) approve the proposed changes to the 2022-2025 Customer and Community Services work programme. b) allocate the available $737,000 from the local renewals budget and $50,000 from the Locally Driven Initiative (LDI Capex) budget, identified in the deferral process, to projects in financial years 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 as detailed in Table A of this agenda report.
