	Presentations from the Ports of Auckland, Eke Panuku, Watercare and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited were provided. Copies have been placed on the official minutes and are available on the Auckland Council website as minutes attachments.
	The meeting adjourned at 12.24pm and reconvened at 12.29pm.
	Presentations from the Council Controlled Organisations continued.
	Note:   changes were made to the original recommendation with new clause b), being added as a Chair’s recommendation.

Council Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee Forward Work Programme

Resolution number CDOCC/2023/9 MOVED by Chairperson W Walker, seconded by Cr K Turner: That the Council Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee: a)      whakaae / approve the Council Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee forward work programme (Attachment A of the report) b)      whakaae / agree that the Council Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee forward work programme be reported monthly for information and reviewed on a six-monthly basis in March and September each year. CARRIED
