Resolution number HM/2023/22 MOVED by Chairperson C Carter, seconded by Member B Brady: That the Henderson-Massey Local Board: a) whakaae / approve the request for electronic attendance from Member Will Flavell to accommodate the member being at a place that makes his physical presence at the meeting impossible or impracticable.
b) whakaae / accept the apologies for lateness from Ingrid Papau and Oscar Kightley. |

Resolution number HM/2023/31 MOVED by Member B Brady, seconded by Member P Chan: That the Henderson-Massey Local Board: a) whakaae / approves the names ‘Greenway Lane’ and ‘Whare Lane’ for two new private roads created by way of subdivision by New Land International Development Company Limited at 80 Fred Taylor Drive, Massey, in accordance with section 319(1)(j) of the Local Government Act 1974 (resource consent references BUN60382706, SUB60382707 and RDN 90104050). |

b) tuhi ā-taipitopito / notes our concern on the lack of certainty around the future of the Unlock Henderson project given its significance in contributing to the urban regeneration of Henderson c) acknowledge the foundational work that Eke Panuku has undertaken so far to prepare for Henderson’s redevelopment, d) advocate that the Unlock Henderson project should be prioritised to secure continual and much needed investment to ensure that Henderson realises its economic potential as a competitive town centre in Tamaki Makaurau. e) tono / request Auckland Transport and Eke Panuku to provide the rationale with respect to the changes to the work programme, in particular where projects have been removed or engagement levels altered, and attend a workshop to speak to these changes. |
