Resolution number GBI/2023/32 MOVED by Chairperson I Fordham, seconded by Member C Ollivier: That the Aotea / Great Barrier Local Board: a) consider an extraordinary item regarding Local Crime Fund at item 15.1 of this agenda: i) the reason this item was not included on the agenda is that the matter came to our attention after the close of the agenda. ii) the reason for urgency is that the local board feedback is due on 28 April 2023 which is before the local board’s next ordinary business meeting scheduled on Tuesday 23 May 2023. iii) the meeting agreed to consider the report entitled “Local Board feedback on distribution method of the Local Crime Fund” under item 15.1 Consideration of Extraordinary Items. |
