Resolution number OR/2023/29 MOVED by Chairperson S Milne, seconded by Deputy Chairperson S Powrie: That the Ōrākei Local Board: a) approve the addition of four extraordinary meeting dates to the 2022-2025 Ōrākei Local Board meeting schedule to accommodate the Annual Budget 2023/2024 and Local Board Plan 2023 timeframes as follows: i) Thursday, 11 May 2023 commencing at 5.00pm at the Ōrākei Local Board office, 25 St Johns Road, Meadowbank to approve Annual Budget regional input. ii) Thursday, 22 June 2023 commencing at 5.00pm at the Ōrākei Local Board office, 25 St Johns Road, Meadowbank to adopt the Local Board Agreement and to adopt the draft Local Board Plan. iii) Thursday, 14 September 2023, commencing at 5.00pm at the Ōrākei Local Board office, 25 St Johns Road, Meadowbank to receive the Local Board Plan Special Consultative Procedure submissions and feedback . iv) Thursday, 2 November 2023, commencing at 5.00pm at the Ōrākei Local Board office, 25 St Johns Road, Meadowbank to adopt the Local Board Plan. |
