Local board consultation feedback and input into the Annual Budget 2023/2024 |

A document titled ‘Annual Budget 2023/2024 - Kaipātiki Local Board feedback’ was tabled. A copy of the tabled document has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.

Resolution number KT/2023/71 MOVED by Chairperson J Gillon, seconded by Deputy Chairperson D Grant: That the Kaipātiki Local Board: a) receive consultation feedback on the proposed Kaipātiki Local Board priorities and activities for 2023/2024, including proposed local activities to discontinue, reduce spending on, or increase fees, to meet the reduction in local board funding proposed by the Governing Body. b) thank the residents and organisations of the Kaipātiki Local Board area for taking the time to submit on the annual Budget and prioritisation of the local board’s activities for 2023/2024. c) note that decisions on the Kaipātiki Local Board’s 2023/2024 work programme will be made in June and July. d) receive consultation feedback on regional topics in the Annual Budget 2023/2024 and related policies from people and organisations based in the Kaipātiki local board area. e) provide the attached feedback on regional topics in the proposed Annual Budget 2023/2024 and related policies to the Governing Body. Note: Under Standing Order 1.9.7 Member M Kenrick requested her vote be recorded against clause 1e), 1f), 2a) & 3a) of the attached feedback.
