a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 11 September 2023, as a true and correct record.

6	Long-Term Plan - 2024-2034
	Resolution number NGA/2023/27 MOVED by Member S Milne, seconded by Member W Maihi: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      approve the Long-Term Plan including priorities and financial projections. b)      agree that the Long-Term Plan now be submitted to Auckland Council for inclusion in the Council planning process. CARRIED
