Service optimisation and service and financial performance reviews Value for Money	The committee has responsibility for reviewing outcomes and value obtained for spend as well as conducting reviews of the service and financial performance of individual council and CCO major activity groups. Agree to recommend value for money improvements following service and financial performance reviews. A programme for service and financial performance reviews will be provided in September/October.
