a)          whakaae / accept the apology from IMSB Member Glenn Wilcox and Cushla Smith from Fonterra Shareholders Council (Greg McCraken’s replacement) for absence.

Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.

Compliance Monitoring Charging System

 

Note:   changes to the original motion, adding new clauses b) and c), were made with the agreement of the meeting.

That the Rural Advisory Panel:

a)      tuhi ā-taipitopito / note the compliance monitoring dairy charging system.

b)      whakaae / agree to disseminate the information to dairy servicing agencies and farmers that are not familiar with Council charges.

c)      request the finance and compliance teams respond to concerns raised in regard to the charging regime.
