Resolution number HM/2023/145 MOVED by Member D Collins, seconded by Member P Chan: That the Henderson-Massey Local Board: a) whakaae / approve the removal of the residential property, garage and associated assets at 41 Wilsher Crescent and the reinstatement of the area to lawn. b) tuhi ā-taipitopito / note that following deconstruction of the residential property, garage and associated assets at 41 Wilsher Crescent: i) the asset will be removed from the council’s asset database. ii) regional renewals budget will not be able to be used to replace the asset or the service it provided, under council’s financial policies and guidelines. iii) reinstating of the asset will require new development funding. c) tuhi ā-taipitopito / note that the Regional Operational Work Programme is subject to regional prioritisation and that the timing of the deconstruction of this asset cannot be confirmed at this time. |
