	A presentation was provided. A copy is attached to the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Mayor W Brown entered the meeting at 2.23pm. Cr M Williamson entered the meeting at 2.25pm. Cr K Turner entered the meeting at 2.42pm Cr K Leoni left the meeting at 2.42pm. Cr J Bartley entered the meeting at 2.53pm. Cr K Leoni returned to the meeting at 3.08pm. Mayor W Brown left the meeting at 3.10pm.
	Resolution number CDOCC/2024/11 MOVED by Deputy Mayor D Simpson, seconded by Chairperson S Henderson: That the Council Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee: a) whiwhi / receive the update from Tātaki Auckland Unlimited on recent performance in the 2023/2024 financial year and future outlook. 	Mayor W Brown returned to the meeting at 3.26pm. Cr K Leoni retired from the meeting at 3.30pm.
	Resolution number CDOCC/2024/12 MOVED by Cr A Dalton, seconded by Cr K Turner: That the Council Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee: a) whiwhi / receive the update from Watercare on year-to-date performance for 2023/2024 and future outlook. CARRIED

c) whakaae / approve the amended Watercare Services Statement of Intent 2023-2026 to include the provided financial statements.
